Carnival of Lights, the annual Dewali lighting extravaganza was held with much fun fare in this year too at Hiranandani Estate, Ghodbunder Road, Thane west. A six day festival covering the entire approaching roads, public places, trees, gardens, parks, lamp post and what not with tiny shinning LED bulbs from the entrance gate to TCS (Tata Consultancy Services) building at the end.
